 Your Agreement To The Terms and Conditions

This statement pertains to the Terms and Conditions of thelingerieyellowpages.com, hereinafter ( "thelingerieyellowpages.com, " "The Lingerie Yellow Pages", "our" or "we" ) located at http://www.thelingerieyellowpages.com/

By using thelingerieyellowpages.com website, hereinafter ( "site") you, hereinafter ( "you" or "your" ) are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set forth by The Lingerie Yellow Pages, and agreeing that your actions of using this site is equivalent to signing a legal contractual agreement to the acceptance of The Lingerie Yellow Pages Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this site.

 Changes To The Terms and Conditions

The Lingerie Yellow Pages reserves the right without notice, to update,  change, modify, add or delete portions of our Terms and Conditions statement at our own discretion. It is your responsibility to read our Terms and Conditions statement often, in the event that The Lingerie Yellow Pages has made any such changes to our Terms and Conditions in the interim. All changes made to The Lingerie Yellow Pages Terms and Conditions become effective upon our posting to our site, and any use of this site after such revisions have been posted, will signify your  agreement to the changes. 

Website Submission Guidelines

• All website submissions must be in English in order to be reviewed for acceptance. 
• You may only submit your "Home Page" or "Index Page".
• All website submissions must be related to the Lingerie industry.
• All websites must have their own URL website address, such as: http://www.websitename.com
• All websites must have images, pages, text, links and the like, that are fully operational and in no way may they be websites that are under construction.
• Do not capitalize the first letter of every word, or for that matter the entire word, in the "Description" and / or "Promotion" sections of your submissions verbiage.
• All websites must use their  Website Name or Business Name as a "Title" description.
• All paid "Option 2 Advertising Package" listings will be listed in the order that they are received, at the top of the "Primary Category Pages" above all of the free listings from the "Option 1 Advertising Package".
• All free "Option 1 Advertising Package" listings will be listed in alphabetical order in the "Primary Category Pages" below all paid "Option 2 Advertising Package" listings.
• All website paid submissions to our "10 Most Popular Listings", will be listed in the order that they are received.
• All websites must not use promotional language in the "Description" section of their listing. Any sales jargon or spam will be rejected and The Lingerie Yellow Pages will at its sole discretion revise the verbiage.
• All website submissions must have a brief explanation of the product or service they are offering, in the "Description" section of their listings. The "Description" text must not exceed 200 characters. 
• The "Promotion" text section, is where one may use promotional language to promote any current special offers one may be extending to ones  customers. The "Promotion" text must not exceed 350 characters.
• A text listing in The Lingerie Yellow Pages "Index Page" or "Primary Category Pages", consists of a "Title" "URL Link" and "Description". The text for your  "Description" must not exceed 200 characters.
• All websites that are related to the lingerie industry may receive one free submission listing on our "Primary Category Pages" as long as the website submitting a listing will first add our 468 X 60 reciprocal banner link and text link to either their "Index Page" or "Link Page" of the submitting website, before we would consider a free listing offer.
• Please note that all paid advertising packages with The Lingerie Yellow Pages will automatically renew for another term, at the same rate that you initially paid for the advertising package you selected, unless you cancel your renewal term prior to the end of the billing period that corresponds to the advertising package you selected. If you do not cancel your advertising contract prior to the end of your billing period, then your credit card will automatically be billed for another term, thus signifying your contractual acceptance and agreement to renew your contractual advertising package for another term. By not canceling your renewal advertising package, you are giving The Lingerie Yellow Pages full legal rights to bill your credit card for another term.
• How to cancel my automatic renewal advertising package? If you choose not to renew your advertising package for another term, please return to the advertising package you had selected at The Lingerie Yellow Pages Directory, http://www.thelingerieyellowpages.com/advertising.htm prior to the end of the billing period that corresponds to the advertising package you selected, and click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button. You will be asked to enter your email address and password to access your account.  Once you have accessed your account, click on the HISTORY tab at the top of the page, and click on the ACTIVE link in the STATUS column, for the subscription you wish to cancel, so that you may  view your SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS page. Click on the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button located at the bottom of the SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS page and follow the on-screen instructions. When you are done, your automatic renewal advertising package will be cancelled, and will not renew for another term.
• All website submissions that submit text or image listing information that may be judged to be offensive in nature, and / or offensive in language, pornographic or link directly to a website that displays sexually explicit material will be rejected.
• All websites that  contain profanity, vulgarity hate, violence, racism, participate in illegal activities, are not in accordance with any Local, State, or Federal Laws, infringe on Legal Trademarks or contain © Copyright infringed materials, websites that redirect, mirror websites, cookie cutter websites, websites that use hidden links or text, cloaking, doorway pages and link farms, will be rejected.
• All submissions must be accurate in nature, up to date, true and legal.
• The Lingerie Yellow Pages may at its sole discretion reject any website listing to our site for any reason whatsoever and will not be required to give a reason for our actions or decisions.

 The Lingerie Yellow Pages Makes No Endorsements or Recommendations

When using this site, you will have the ability to click on hypertext links made up of text and image advertisements. These links will direct you to websites that are outside the control of The Lingerie Yellow Pages. The Lingerie Yellow Pages makes no recommendations, endorsements, sponsorships and / or representations of the legality, accuracy, reliability, validity, legitimacy, quality of products, services, prices,  promotions, offers, coupons, or any other information or materials, that these websites promote, as well as products you may purchase or acquire in product or service form, as a result of an advertisement or any other information or offer relating to the content of websites listed, linked or accessed from our site. Past Arrangements

                                                                 Disputes

You the user understands unless otherwise expressly noted, that any disputes between The Lingerie Yellow Pages and You, under this Agreement, shall be finally resolved by a panel of three arbitrators in accordance with the rules then in effect of the American Arbitration Association and shall take place in Sussex County in the State of Delaware. The award of any arbitration panel shall be final and binding on the parties.
